Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean and cozy. Ample parking right behind the hotel and an easy walk to the center of town. Our room also afforded a lovely view of the lake. The front on the hotel has a lovely seating area and garden where my wife and I had an evening drink from the hotel's honesty bar (well-stocked).

It is beautiful, well kept, very clean and every part of the manor is enjoyable. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. The location is perfect, especially if you travel with a dog there are paths for walking immediately out of the building. Food is delicious.

The hotel is ideally situated in the beautiful Keswick area, approximately a five-minute drive from the town centre. We booked seven rooms for 15 guests; the rooms were of comfortable size, breakfast was excellent, and the property itself was charming. It was a pleasant and memorable stay for all 15 of us. Breakfast - Was included to the price quoted. Was not a huge spread but very filling and a nice breakfast with cooked and continental food items. Dinner - The menu was really nice and tasty.
