From the first contact at check in to the last at checkout the staff were very friendly, respinsive and accomodating. It's a 2 star hotel with confort levels of a good 3 star, and staff of a 5 star. Yes the rooms are on the smaller side and don't expect a nespresso machine in your room but what you get is miles above what you would get in a 2 star chain hotel. It's clear that the staff really take pride and joy in their work. But just as much, the owners have clearly done their research and went for quality when refurbishing the hotel. It shows a flair and attention to detail unseen in any 2 star i've ever been or most 3 stars for that matter. It is so nice to see some people still uphold standards even when choosing to cater in a very reasonably priced segment. Oh and did i mention every corner of the hotel was spotless? No dust, stains, worn linnen, all things quite comon in 2 stars

Very little assistance with English speaking.

Very little assistance with English speaking. Difficult to communicate even the basic room number? I replied un she shrugged I showed my index finger ☝️ for one, still a shrug and then we just walked through. The restaurant is NOT OPEN Sunday or Monday and trying to get out of any staff recommended eating places was just met with a shrug. Very noisy ...... our room was next to the lift which is also a serlift for linen transport cages up and down, hoovers lift is going all day up and down while guests wait to go to their rooms. Would not recommend in any shape or from I'm afraid.

We stayed at Camping Garennes- Le Fliers.

We stayed at Camping Garennes- Le Fliers. We have two young toddlers. Not a family friendly environment, despite having a nice pool. Will complain about pettiest things in order to keep your cleaning fee deposit. Excessively rude people at reception.

It was obviously a relatively new hotel, the room was clean, the bed was very comfy. The shower was brilliant and very powerful. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, plenty of parking and breakfast was a good selection of cereal, cold meats, bread and cheese, pastries and even sausage, bacon and scrambled egg. We came to watch the beach race at le touquet and this hotel was situated within a 20 minute drive of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful with very well spoken English.

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, the staff were so helpful and cheerful, the room had everything we needed plus a superb shower and lovely decor. Food was brilliant, there wasn't anything not to like.
