The hotel had a lovely staircase as you entered. The staff was very good and accomodating they spoke english well. It had a bar and restaurant but we did not eat there. The room was comfortable and sound proof. It was a 2 min walk minute walk to the church. Everything was very close, ample stores with the same treasures, really good restaurants to choose from.

This was the first international trip for our family, a pilgrimage to Lourdes. We had an unforgettable time at Lourdes, and our stay at the Bestwestern Beauséjour was undoubtedly, an important part of making our stay very special. We landed on 24th December, and the staff were courteous, service-minded, and guest-centric. They explained that we may not get food outside as the local stores / restaurants were mostly closed for the holiday. The rooms were spacious and clean, warm and cozy. The staff loved their work, were dedicated, worked hard with a smile. They even helped us find a box to pack some of the delicate material for our journey back.
