AMAZING STAFF with a smile than never leaves their beautiful faces. :) They are always ready to help. I loved their hospitality, from the reception desk till the cleaning lady. I stayed for a whole week, and I have never felt more at home. <3 The best part is that the hotel is a walking distance from all the malls, Edna mall, Selam city mall, friendship store and hypermarket... <3 And... you have got to check out their lounge on the 9th floor... GREAT VIBE!

Rooms are a good size , super clean, bed very comfortable. Nice room facilities. TV with different channels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is just a few minutes drive from the airport(if no traffic). There are some shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel has a nice coffee shop in lobby. Breakfast provided by the hotel is decent and has a good choice. Taking in account the money I paid for this hotel I consider it good value for the money and wouldn’t hesitate returning there.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager, Salam, and her incredible staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The Hotel is well-led with friendly staff, great service and modern interior design. We arrived in the middle of the night, but airport pick up and check in at 4 a.m. were no problem. The rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and big showers. Breakfast offers a wide range of food which was good as well. Gym and sauna at the top floor were a nice amenity, the view is great! Overall a really pleasant experience.
