The city also has plenty of specialty coffee spots with great service, and we could still swim in the sea in early October. The Oceanarium with its dolphin show and beluga whales was amazing, and there was even a city festival during that time, which made the experience even better. Getting around was easy – the buses and trams work great; we even went to the beach by bus and tried the hybrid tram-metro once. Accessible(transport)with your credit or debit card. The beaches and sand are the best in the morning. The city center is full of life both day en night. I dare say it's 100 times better than Paris. The weather was warm even in October. Hikers' dream in montanejos or moraig. Very safe unlike Rome and London. The 'T' gardens by bike are something. Hostels have these pub crawls at 10:30pm every night, you can meet solo travelers. Not attractive, flat, no character. Certainly wouldnt visit again. Transport excellent as most is in Spain, and cheap.
