It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside...
It is easy to get a bus straight to the airport from outside the hotel as well as to other parts of Madrid like the NASSICA Mall. There is a shopping mall beside the hall where I had dinner twice which was very good. The hotel was clean and tranquil. Staff were easy to communicate with one lady stood out at the reception but I cannot remember her name she has brown or blond hair speaks really good English. The room was comfortable, it was quite and the stuff was very kind and helpful, especially Amulina (not sure if the spelling is correct), who did her best to let us feel like home. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets just next to the hotel. There is also a private parking that belongs to the hotel, so there is no need looking for a place to park in the streets.
