The room was very clean and staff were really attentive. The pool is very large and plenty of sunbeds are available. The breakfast buffet was massive and there was so much choice. Everything was freshly prepared and tasty.

We had read that the pool was broken. We contacted Axel to cancel the reservation but they assured us that everything would be working for our arrival. Promise kept. Good and Professional. Very nice room overlooking the garden and pool. They pampered us. The structure is always clean, the staff is very kind and always available. I don't know the names of the ladies and gentlemen who were in charge of cleaning, but we thank them for the smiles and kindness they offered us at every meeting in the corridors. Attentive in everything. Every request always fulfilled. Instead we remember well the names of the boys at the reception. Thanks to the wonderful Pancho and happy birthday to him, Kevin very sweet and always attentive and kind. And Dayana and Carmen two angels. Professional, always attentive, kind and all together they made us feel at home. The guys at the bar and restaurant and the DJ were all good and always smiling. Thank you so much. We stayed for 14 days and we always felt like we were in the right place. We recommend Axel Beach Maspslomas mainly for the staff and how they pay attention to everything. The clientele was also quality. Everything was perfect. We will return. Thanks from Massimiliano and Gianluca of 211 ❤️

Very nice and comfortable place. The rooms are large. Very nice terrace. It is a quiet place. The food is excellent. They have good wines (paid but worth to buy). The staff is very helpful and professional. The swimming pool is big. There is a lot of space around the pool. The temperature of water in the pool in May was good. Walking distance to all places. Free shuttle to beaches. Shops are near. Very good wi-fi connection (you can even have a teleconference).

    The location of the apartment was perfect. Seconds to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Only thing is the steep road to the apartment but it wasn’t too long. Which wasn’t too bad.

    Easy access to bars /restaurants/beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Sand dunes were amazing & a must if you want some great pictures. Some great wee local bars so no need to go to the big commercial centres if that's not your thing.

    Love Playa del Ingles, have been going here for about 25 years. If you want nightlife it is all there with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you just want a quiet holiday it is perfect for that too. The vibe of PDI is so relaxed and open with an International crowd.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The sand was soft with traces of black in it. The best part was that we had no algee in th water like we had in Tenerife for example. That water was really clean and some waves (~1m) were also present from time to time. There was no shade except for some trees. Also, the foot showers worked well. We did not like the over 100 stairs we had to climb :)

    It's a busy tourist resort.

    It's a busy tourist resort. We stayed on the edge of it, which suited us. Easy to see the sunrise from the beach in the morning. All the meals we had were good, but we researched Google reviews in advance. I would recommend car hire and using Playa del Ingles as a base to explore the island.

    Atlantic beach club apartments had the best views ever and was the best location. Right on the beach with shopping malls at your doorstep. Annexo II was always very lively with live music at various bars every night and lots of choice for places to eat and drink. The Tipsy Hammock was my favorite. Also bus stop very close for your days trips. We went to Palmitos park and Aqualand. But I’ve heard puerto de Mogan would be great to visit too. We left that for next time we come back. There are so many things to see and do that we have to go back. Also the famous Yumbo Center was only a 10 minute stroll from our apartment. Our apartment had very helpful and friendly staff.

    Quite correct hotel located 2 steps from Veril beach and quite close to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas beautiful dunes. The staff were super friendly and helpful (and speak awesome German!) and always available to serve, clean and help. The room was fine, spacious and clean, bed and pillows were comfy and the views from the terrace, outstanding. I stayed for a week on 6th floor. The pool was nice and warm. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was varied and overall ok for the price. I would come again!

    The location is really good, not too far from Playa del Ingles but also not in a rowdy area. Parking on-site was good. Very clean hotel. Lots of sunloungers. Comfortable beds. Staff was amazing (especially from the Wellness Area). Buffet was okay, lots of varieties. The evening program was also very diverse.

    Been to Gran Canaria for many years, first time staying at HL Miraflor Suits Hotel . Have to say it was the best hotel I've stayed in yet. Modern, clean, super friendly and in a great location, WiFi supper speedy. Food was great, lots of choice. Drinks menu had everything on! Will definitely be back
