Excellent comms- we finally arrived at 2am after delayed flights from NZ and were welcomed by a smiling face. Amazing hot shower, good AC on a hot night and good dark rooms for a sleep in. Buffet breakfast offered everything and more. Easy parking. A quick drive to the town centre. Easy access to the main route to Portugal from there.

everything was great. A clean, spacious room with view to the cathedral, just 10mins walk from the main sites and the convention center. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great, and they also offer parking facilities a couple of minutes away

Ideal location for.onward journey to santander ferry.

Ideal location for.onward journey to santander ferry. However don't expect people to speak english but when I am.given a menu in English and point to our choice I don't expect to.then get something we didn't order. Couldn't complain as they didn't understand. Both starter and main wasn't what we ordered. Room was lovely and big but finding a spider and bug in bed wasn't good.

We had booked an economy twin room but we upgraded to a superior room when we got there as we wanted a bit more space. The room was lovely and large. The hotel has both a cafeteria and restaurant attached to it. We had a very nice evening meal in the cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a place to store our bikes.

Convenient location. Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff. Although the pool was closed due to maintenance, the staff arranged to have it opened especially for my disabled son. Access to hotel freezer to re-charge ice blocks.

350 k from Santander made it a good place to stop on our way down south. Easy access just off the motorway and good parking. Clean modern well maintained hotel with good WiFi. Excellent buffet style breakfast.
