I can definitely recommend these apartments to travellers. Especially Victoria, who was in contact with us from the moment we booked until our departure. We liked the Guest Guide, which provides comprehensive information about places to visit, beaches and shops. In addition to this information, Victoria responded quickly to our requests. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and towels for both the room and the beach. There is also a pleasant area with a swimming pool, everything is neat and clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to all locations - beaches, shops, restaurants. I can recommend renting a car from Hermanns, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment - the whole process took 10 minutes, the prices are affordable (30 euros per day for a Fiat 500), and there is full insurance without any deposits. In addition to cars, you can get around by bus, which runs very frequently and to various locations (route 40 goes to Tenerife South Airport, by the way, and costs €3.20 per passenger). We would also like to thank Roman, who met us and kept in touch with us throughout our holiday. For the first time in all our travels, our expectations were fully met, and the 9.6 rating from Booking is completely accurate. I wish Hermitage Homes SML a 10 rating in the future. The hospitality was excellent and friendly, you felt like you were part of the family and it was your home. We had never felt that way before. We had booked three separate rooms but had the whole complex to ourselves. The hosts had a BBQ party on Christmas Eve with food, drinks and music, it was a great experience and we miss them, we will definitely choose this beautiful place every time we visit Tenerife. The hotel is located in a small mountain town called Arona, about 13 minutes by car from the city. Everything was great and thanks to Diego and Elvador and all the nice staff.

The hotel provided a wide range of local and international products for breakfast, all of them of superb quality. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well and quietly. It came as a pleasant surprise that the pools have salt water, resembling the ocean. The waterfalls at and behind the pools are amazing. Getting to the ocean through the backdoor of the hotel is not only comfortable, but it also provides a breath-taking passage through jungle-like vegetation if one is taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
