Out of the way location but lovely. Nice interior, comfy beds, and good shower. Lovely walk up the steep hill at the back of the prooerty with beautiful views at the top. We visited in the winter so did not use the outside but the heating was very efficient which was very useful for evenings and mornings.

Everything! The outside and inside were gorgeous, pool area was so beautiful and rooms were so comfy and nice. I loved how quiet it was, even though it was fully booked while we stayed there. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in the near future!

There is only one thing we can say about our stay in this Retreat: Absolutely fantastic! Location: The scenery of it‘s location is marvelous. Surrounded by mountains, forests and wildlife we could truly escape from our rather noisy and hectic daily life. I mean who doesn‘t want to wake up to birds chirping in the morning and the crisp air in the mountains ;) Service and Personnel: We‘ve seen in some reviews that people were complaining about the unprofessional personnel. For us we can not confirm these negative experiences. We immediately felt very welcome once we arrived at the retreat and the service could not have been any better. The outstanding point for us is that the staff is always doing their best to fulfill your needs and wishes and we were impressed how forthcoming they were and how great they‘ve handled our requests. Everyone is very friendly and you truly feel comfortable interacting with every single one of the Retreat‘s personnel. Rooms, Pool and SPA: Room as well as the bathroom were spotless. Bed was super comfortable :) The outdoor infinity pool gives you a great view of your surrounding landscape and the relaxing SPA area with Saunas and indoor pool made the stay even better. Restaurant: There are no alternatives you can go to except the Retreat‘s own restaurant BUT it would be a shame to miss the delicious food there. We haven‘t had a better meal during our stay in Mallorca and we would like to give a massive shout-out to the chef who created some mind blowing dishes. So when you‘re visiting also don‘t miss the breakfast in the morning :) And last but not least the bumpy road to the Retreat: To be honest the road to the retreat could be better as it was very bumpy with quite a few potholes on the way. We were initially a bit intimidated by some customer reviews mentioning breaking their car and tyres on their way up to the retreat. It is indeed adventurous but nothing unmanageable.

The hotel has a wonderful location, a beautiful view from the balcony, it couldn't be better. Very clean, the cleaning service is super nice, I also have to mention the very friendly and helpful lifeguard. The hotel is located in a charming, quiet and atmospheric bay, everything is on site, a shop and several restaurants, also a beautiful beach. The food is very good and a large selection. I recommend it very much!!!!!

Very clean, comfortable accommodation and surroundings and...

Very clean, comfortable accommodation and surroundings and very pleasant hosts. While the facilities are basic, it is exactly what we wanted and expected and were very pleased with the peace and quiet. Very remote but as we were not hiking and Andratx is a short drive away this was never a problem. Excellent, value for money evening meal which we were able to enjoy in the company of other guests. Some issues with maintenance but hosts have confirmed that these will be addressed immediately and ongoing. Certainly considering a slightly longer stay in the future.

This is a really lovely house with a beautiful garden, a great shaded outside seating/ dining area where we spent most of our time & an outstanding large pool. The location is really good - a 5 minute drive to the shops & restaurants at Port D’Andratx or to Andraxt town in the other direction & lovely beaches about 10mins drive away. There’s a great cycle route close by. Comfortable beds! & nice views from the upstairs bedrooms. We really loved our stay here!

Patrick is a little eccentric but very kind natured. This is an off-grid house rather than a hotel so don’t expect luxuries like unlimited water. It sits in private gardens but don’t be put off by the daunting “Privado” signs…. We were made welcome, enjoyed a superb 3 course dinner, and were sold bottled waste to top up ahead of a long section on GR221.

The hotel had remote activated entry. It was room only. No contact with staff except through a phone number. Coffee and tea available in the entrance foyer. Reasonably central for restaurants and town square.
