The property is very clean and new. The location is very beautiful, it is really amazing to wake up in the morning and see the wonderful mountain of Luxor. It is a full luxury hotel in the middle of desert. The owners are very very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

This is one of the best accommodation in our life. The view from the room and also from the terrace is beautiful on the mountains of the Valley of the Kings. The apartman was really modern and new, our stay was really comfortable, the host was also really kind and gentle. There were several opportunities for fun activities such as boat trip on the Nile, balloon flight or simply to visit the many amazing archaeological sites. This place is really perfect for long stays as you can easily find programs for a whole week or even more.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, who made us feel right at home! The place near yhe Nile so wonderful and peaceful, very relaxing, with beautiful historical sites to visit in Luxor! The villa was very luxurious with all amenities available. Very clean. Pictures of the villa are accurate. Staff was incredibly hospitable and correct. They even went shopping for us and we did not have to pay for it!
