Everything! This lodge is the only place to stay if you’re coming to Cotopaxi. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The meals were fantastic, the fire place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water is hot, the location is easy to get to via local buses from Quito, the day tour to Cotopaxi is great and affordable and the property is quiet. It ticks every box!

Perfect location, right in front of Cotopaxi National Park. You can book volcano tour here with good price. Cozy, warm, clean room with a little electric heater. Beautiful living room and restaurant. Good breakfast with many choices, and you can enjoy incredible view of Cotopaxi while dinning(unfortunately we arrived at a cloudy day). Beautiful garden with 3 adorable Llama. The owner Fernando will provide you carrots to feed them.

Hosts, family owned, mother and daughters are excellent in every which way. They went above and beyond the normal in all aspect. They even helped us to wash our clothes, got us mangoes from their local markets just because we said we like them. Mother’s cooking is simply superb! Had so much fu, especially with their pet lamas in the evenings.

This place is amazing for the history connected with it. It is a real hacienda, with much of the original antique furniture. The staff are so professional and friendly, we felt well cared for. Dinner and breakfast were very good, beds super comfy, and a fireplace in every room which the staff lit for us anytime we wanted it. Great experience, close to Cotopaxi volcano. Worth the cost!

It is well located if you are looking to explore the volcanos and quilotoa. The staff was super friendly and we can say we had a very local experience. The rooms were cozy and the staff always looked after us. They have strategically located us within the different cabins available so we won't need to share spaces if it wasn't necessary.

The grounds were incredibly beautiful and well kept. The room was very clean. The bathroom spotless and the hot water was super hot. The dining room was spacious and the view from the dining area was picturesque. Simply put we loved everything about the property. Did we mention the food? It was wonderful. Julio the chef and Sabastian offered spectacular service.

Wonderful location with wonderful and helpful people. The perfect spot to access mountains from, and a great place to be if your looking for acclimatization hikes.

The location was incredible! We loved staying so close to Cotopaxi Volcano. The facilities were great and the food was delicious. We also met the most wonderful people.
