It was my first time staying in a “hub” style accommodation and I loved it! Super comfy bed and everything was so clean. I managed to check-in my hub 4 hours earlier even. Definitely worth the price. I will stay here again if ever I visit Copenhagen one more time

It was really beautiful building and room, the photos did not capture the beauty. It was comfortable, the inner courtyard view is pretty. Location for the price is wonderful. Nice staff. Near main spots. I would recommend it and would stay again.

The location is perfect for us, though it's not the best if traveling with public transportation, but we like the naighborhood so much, so it wasn't a problem for us at all, we could reach everything we wanted to see by foot. The hotel is brand new, everything was perfectly clean. The whole design concept is modern, but the room itself has a country vibe, interesting contrast. The view over the canal from our room was stunning, not to mention the view from the top floor bar "Victory". The lively, friendly, urban atmosphere of the whole paper island is simply refreshing. We would definately stay there again when we're back in Copenhagen.

Typical northern city. No different from Bruges.

Typical northern city. No different from Bruges. Expensive parking, no way to pay for it unless you download a local app (which asks you to disclose half your life while all you want is 15min of parking space)... Prohibited parking spots are unclear to the non danish. Better be careful where you leave your car. People are kind of cold, the usual, same as Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland... Hotels are expensive, and not always up to standards. Waiters are easily annoyed by questions or if you take time to choose. Had a couple of warmer encounters outside town, and spotted a couple of streets in the city center (near Magasins du Nord) that seemed appealing, with designer shops and restaurants. Will give it another chance some day when I have more time to visit Tivoli and all, but first contact was meh. Had more fun outside of Copehagen... Great countryside.

Copenhagen is an amazing city.

Copenhagen is an amazing city. The atmosphere, the weather, and the area were all beautiful. It was my first time visiting, and I enjoyed every part of it. I loved the shopping, the city tours, the coffee shops, the bakeries, and the restaurants—everything was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was how expensive the city is. Visitors should keep in mind that prices are quite high. Overall, Copenhagen is a wonderful city to visit, full of great places and experiences.

We stayed a total of 9 nights in Copenhagen.

We stayed a total of 9 nights in Copenhagen. We visited several palaces, some museums, and took a boat ride. We took excursions outside the city as well. Everything in Copenhagen is outrageously expensive, from your glass of beer to your hotel room. I scarcely bought any souvenirs as a result. I am not recommending Copenhagen to my friends. We have visited so many other beautiful European cities that didn't charge us an arm and a leg for everything.

Copenhagen felt a safe place to walk around and the local people are always friendly and helpful. The city is easy to navigate with an excellent public transport system. Many attractions are within a reasonable walking distance. There is plenty to visit, so buying the Copenhagen Card (available for 24/48/72 hours) for subsequent free public transport and admission to most attractions is very good value for money. There is a wide range of eating options from street market food to fine dining restaurants. For excellent, honest, inexpensive and quirky Italian dining try Fabro's (Borgergade 134, 1310 København - near the Marble Church). It specialises in four pasta dishes (go next door for pizzas) and you must chalk your name on the board outside and wait to be called (drinks are available to buy while you wait). The sightseeing river cruises are worthwhile for an alternative view of Copenhagen - made more so by the humorous commentary given by the onboard English-speaking tour guide. So many great things to see but, alas, never enough time to do so.

Affordable hotel outside the city centre. Very close to a shopping mall and take-away outlets. The metro is close by for easy access to the centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. If you're comfortable using public transport, this is a good option for exploring Copenhagen, with cheaper prices than the city centre.
