Clean and very comfortable. We have stayed only one night and planned to overnight there next time for sure. Instructions were simple and on time. Everything has been as expected Has seen some bad reviews before arrived, but in our case, there were no problems.

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly - there was a slight mix-up with our room (were a given a double after booking a twin) but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - the food and drink were excellent, and the staff dealt with our pathetic attempts to speak German with grace and humour.
