It’s not really a conventional hotel at all but a hundreds of years old monastery nestled on a hill overlooking large expanses of fields and ponds. My room was magnificent (ask for Bishop Zimmers room) with sweeping view, architecture to die for and plenty of walking paths and an on premises restaurant. (Closed Mondays).
