Exceptional location close to old parts of HH, completed with sense for design, modern needs of connectivity, car parking and lovely breakfast, made fresh, down to real roses on the table. Staff was the most professional as well as friendly of all of our trip spannig the length of G (although, we did meet other friendly staff). Rooms and shower are just brilliant for staying over night after an exhausting day. The wide open public space with bench, access to Wifi / electricity, USB and coffee machine compensate for the smaller size of rooms in case one prefers to spend time at the hotel. There are newspapers, seats / pillows on the window sill with view at green and the old church a dozen meters away. There are umbrellas to help deal with the HH summer weather.

The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast offers just what you need, it is clean and the AC works perfectly 👍🏻 There is a bus stop 2 mins away that easily takes you to other parts of the city if you don’t want to walk. They offer a daily free drink per person if you don’t ask for cleaning. Such a nice vibe in these quarters! We recommend to eat at Mr Kebab.

A truly beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were clean, cozy, and newly furnished. The young lady at the reception was absolutely wonderful – kind, empathetic and very helpful. She gave us detailed information and great recommendations about the area. The entire staff was friendly, highly professional, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciate the quality of service provided by this hotel and we will definitely stay here again during our future visits to Hamburg. it’s modern and stylish.. the lounge / bar area is chill and stylish. it’s a cool place to have a drink during evening. I think it’s just right without making it like a hostel. think the sensor lights under the bed is quite a caring smart feature.

Apartment in a quiet neighborhood located on the outskirts of Hamburg (in Schenefeld), at a distance of 1/2 hour by car. There is also the possibility of taking a direct bus to the city center but we did not try it. Private outdoor parking space. The apartment has all the comforts, well-equipped kitchen, smart tv, wifi, games and books for children in the bedroom downstairs. There is also a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sun (weather permitting). Impeccable cleanliness. The hostess is very friendly and available.

This is a hotel where you feel like home, rooms are clean and spacious, parking available, very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was good with very friendly and attend staff as well, same applies for breakfast. I can recommend this hotel for all kinds of traveler types.

Nice hotel, clean and spacy. On the top of the building. Infortunately without the lift - but it´s my problem, not really common. Second floor only.
