The hotel is run by very professional and friendly staff who were willing to even adapt my booking to suit changes in my schedule. It is ideally situated with easy access to the old city, and University Hospital. In a quiet area with good restaurant's and public transport. Easy accessible parking in close proximity to the hotel. Modern spacious rooms and lounge areas to just sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or work. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Europäischer Hof Heidelberg. The hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort, and the rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Its central location made exploring Heidelberg a breeze, and the breakfast was outstanding. As a family with 3 young kids (ages 3, 7 and 9 yrs) we LOVED staying here! After a week in cosy Parisian accommodation we were shocked by how much space was available in the apartment. Two generous sized bedrooms, a large central room, a large modern kitchen with excellent quality appliances and a large sitting room! The kids were in heaven being able to spread out, and to top it off there were kids books and toys, even a toy kitchen! A great playground a few minutes walk away. Staff here were amazing - we couldn’t fault the customer service from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to accommodate requests.

    The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice. It's very large with an outside area. Parking was available next to the annexe where I was in. The Greek restaurant next door was very good, try the lamb, beautiful. The Hotel was also very, very dog friendly, so much so I thought the lady on reception would steal my little puppy.

    The room is MASSIVE. I had a room looking out into the street The hotel was clean and accommodative, we arrived before check in but were allowed to access our room. The room has everything we needed and a small kitchenette too. I'd consider it if I was ever in Sandhausen again.
