The room was large, comfortable, quiet and with nice furniture and decoration. The bed was really good. The bathroom was big and nice, although we took some time to find the way to lower a curtain which closed the view of the bathroom from the rest of the room. The location was convenient, and the parking place closeby and not too expensive. Breakfast was excellent. The staff, apparently made of a single lady not always on the premises (but we were definitely during the off-season), was extremely nice and friendly. Everything worked OK.

    Cosy place in Oberau a short walk from a Biergarten and some other restaurants. Rooms are spacious and Anca, the hostess, is a true gem. Breakfast offers what you need for a great start of the day. The surroundings offer plenty of different activities for all ages and preferences. Easy to park outside the house and if you arrive when noone is there to greet you, a friendly instruction will be posted on the door. Have been a returning guest for years and hope to return again in the future.

    Great quiet location in Oberau, a short walk from local restaurants and Biergartens. The proprietor, Ms Vancan, is super friendly and can make the day for the grumpiest person. It's a small guesthouse so don't expect any frills but it's clean quiet, has a cosy breakfast room and is good value for money. Have stayed here many times and will definitely return if I'm passing by.

    I liked how it was close to the Oberau railway station — everything was within walking distance. I also appreciated the facilities provided; everything I needed was included. I especially liked the coffee machine.

    I spend in the hotel just one night during my bike packing trip. Stuff provided own garage to safely park my bike over the night, for which I am very thankful. Bed was fine as I slept very well.
