Personnel was extremely helpful and careing. Food was typical German type in non-season time: small choices, but very tasty, enough calories and huge portions. In the hotel reastaurant area we liked games available and also entartainment at evenings - music, dancing, open and fiendly atmosphere. The location is directly at the Rhine river with amazing view. We had the room on back side and it was quite. Staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but limited.
