The spacious room and the bathtub. The quietness of the street and how comfortable the bed and vibe of the whole place was. The whole hotel just had a quaint and nice feeling to it. There was a very sweet lady at the counter who was just as much of a cat lover as I was and she was always smiling and warm. Nero the cat sometimes makes an appearance to greet guests and he is an absolute gentleman. The breakfast was very scrumptious and delicious too.

Fantastic atmosphere and service! The hotel is charming, the rooms are spacious, Even the extra bed is comfortable. Great breakfast and a nice place to have a beer or a drink in the evening (until 10 o’clock). With a lift and parking in the backyard for only 10 euros. Just a few steps from the main street in the old town. The personal did all they can to help.

This was a wonderful Hotel to stay in within the Rothenburg Aldstat. The staff was responsive to questions, extremely friendly, and kind. The location was perfect and well within walking distance to all the sights within the town walls. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and I was very happy I could open the windows! The minibar was included, as was the breakfast - the croissants were delicious, the sausages, eggs, smoothie, fruit bowl, smoked salmon and more, was much more than I had expected to be included.

Very tasteful and careful modernisation, whilst retaining bags of original character. Large room with comfortable beds (additional pillows & throws available), modern shower room. very comfortable. Excellent dinner, served with local wines. Breakfast in the spectacular barn, wide choice of local produce, especially conficture & honeys.
