The location is up the hills in Minca and is a bumpy ride to get there, but that is to be expected since you are in nature. Our room was big and spacious and we had an amazing view that was a combo of nature and the city of Santa Marta. They had amazing juices and the food was really up to standards. The tours/cleansing ceremonies that we booked through them were really nice and worth it for the money. We did the fire ceremony, ancestral healing massage and cocao tour with waterfall (lot of walking but worth it!). The staff was very friendly and the property was amazing to unwind and relax. Take note that to get to your room you do have to climb some stairs that are made of rocks but it's totally doable, just not your typical hotel, but again you are in nature and its to be expected.

Simply superb. In Minca there are plenty of so called hotels, however in my experience they are not up to standard. La Veranda is totally up to standard amd exceeded all my expectations its beautiful wel maintained and has amazing staff.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities but good enough. The views from the property are very nice. The Hotel is very close to Minca town, just 5 min walking (uphill but very doable). The only inconvenience is that you can hear the traffic from the road down the hill. It is quite noisy, even at night. But I always travel with earplugs. ;) the breakfast is very basic but nice. The views from the restaurant are gorgeous! I will come back! PS: I recommend getting a full body massage!!

Amazing location. Comfortable. Amazing views. Right in nature. Staff were extremely friendly. The road to get there is not paved: if coming by car, you need a 4x4 that is off-road ready. Otherwise, there are readily accessible moto-taxis from Minca.

The place is amazing, an excellent view to the mountains and good weather. The rooms are pretty clean and cozy. Breakfast is reasonable, the access to the location is a little bit complicated but if you wanna feel the nature you need to stay far from the town.
