Staying at Hotel Cacaobetulia is truly a magical experience we didn't want to leave. From the moment you arrive you feel you are in a very special place. From the hospitality and kindness of the staff, the delicious food and stunning views. It's a place to disconnect and reconnect with yourself. We did the Cacao Tour, chocolate making experience, and horse riding, and every single one was spectacular. The best part was we could bring our chocolate home! We got to see monkeys, which were super special on a guided Cacao farm tour by Pablo. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. You will only regret not staying longer.

The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and have an excellent quality-price ratio. The property has a beautiful rooftop where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even a couple of drinks if you would like a chill night out. Our dislikes the lunch food price and one of the rooms that we booked was next to the entry door. We ordered takeaway lunch without knowing the price because it was convenient to get it there and then go to our afternoon tour. When we came back at night, we didn't expect the food to be that pricey. Dont make me wrong, It was delicious, but you can have it cheaper anywhere in town. As for the room, it's something you can't control as guests, but you can still avoid it by asking to get an interior room. We booked a tour for the next early morning, and people were very drunk and noisy trying to get into the property at night, so we didn't get much sleep.
