Checkin at 4AM was easy and fast, staff speaks English. Slept through the breakfast buffet, but it's available for 4 hours. 1PM check out was great because I arrived at 4AM and wanted sleep and shower. The airport shuttle is efficient and organized. Leaves the hotel at quarter to, arrives at airport on the hour. They will email instructions in Spanish and English after you book. My room had blackout blinds and was super clean and quiet. It was basic but nice, provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Got a good night's sleep, love the 1PM checkout, staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything - the accommodation is clean, comfortable, spacious and some rooms have recently been renovated. Icing on the cake is the kitchen with free coffee and tea as well as the proximity to the airport (15k) and the city center (8k taxi apps).. Guarded our backpack while we were in Easter island / Rapa Nui. Pricing also transparent and reasonable. Nice and very welcoming family
