Great spot not far from the Italian boarder and make sure to go into Brusino Arsizio there are a couple small parks and you also have very nice swimming areas as well and small cafe and restraints. Make sure to go across to Morcote and there is a small 2 hour free parking with disc before the park house which is great if not wanting to stay longer.

Great location with wonderful views of the lake. Clean and quiet rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, comprising of cold meats, cheese, bread and cereals. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Porto Ceresio.
