Perfect location, very central, the area is under restoration, but it is already in very good shape. Walking distance to all major attractions in downtown, close to lots of restaurants, metro stations and railway station easily reachable by walking. Staff were very attentive and kind. Rooms are spacious, clean and fully renovated.

Amazing hotel with amazing breakfast! Don't even think about going elsewhere to have a breakfast, take it here! Room was clean and cozy with good mattress and bathroom! It was really clean. Stuff was amazing and helpful. I would like to assure you that this place does worh it! Amazing price/quality ratio!

This was a gorgeous hotel, very nice large rooms, and wonderful staff. There was a real bathtub in my room which was quite a treat after nearly a week of hard traveling for me. The bed was as really comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, and even though I was right next to the elevator the noise was not bad. They have real hotel keys for your room which is wonderful and charming. I had a very early taxi to catch and the man working the morning I left went out of his way to get me a coffee and make sure I left on time to make my train.

I find this hotel better and better. As an experienced tarveller in Bruxelles I do find this hotel utmost the best. A real familiar ambiance, kind and helpful staff who do recognise one. The rooms are quiet and clean, the space is big enough.

The hotel is so nice and calm. Walking in it feels like coming home, the entrance is like a living room and they have made a conscious choice not to have a desk for the reception like a traditional hotel but rather be available with a laptop when you arrive so it really feels calm. No screens in the entrance, just nice couches and coffee or tea and some music. Of course I loved the room as well. To me the colour choices are so calming, everything is well planned and beautiful from the showers to the bed (which is extremely comfortable) and the lighting. The breakfast is amazing and I have never been in a hotel where I felt as safe and at home as this hotel. I left to my meeting at the EU-commission feeling so calm. Everyone who works at the hotel is like a friend rather than staff and really adds to the experience.

A new looking hotel with a nice design and interesting materials. Self check-in kiosk is easy to understand and navigate. The location is close to Brussels old town and close to transport stops. The room and bed was confortable, all very clean. I would stay again there.
