This is by far the most beautiful and well appointed bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Ann, Lynn and Steven are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Freddie the dog is also great fun, and we are not dog people!! The breakfasts are fresh and very well presented. We agreed the time of the breakfast the night before. The food was excellent - and catered for our requirements. The location is very quiet and private. Beautiful garden, good location to pop into Gent. All round a gem.

I totally enjoyed my stay in One Two Four hotel. Great location, lovely calm interior, lots of comfort and incredible hospitality would be my words about the experience. I would also mention great quality of sleep - mattress, fluffy pillows and blanket. And of course a unique feature of the hotel - private spa experience is very special. And on top of everything I really appreciate care and attention of personnel.

Best place to stay in Ghent! Highly recommended! Lovely rooms and facilities, staffs are all super friendly and warm. I booked the room to celebrate my partner’s birthday and the team helped me to prep the surprise and gave him the most memorable birthday! Thank you all so so much! Central location, great base to explore Gent from (especially during Gentse Feesten). The family room is a bit dark, but spacious and comfortable. Quiet enough to not be bothered by any street noise. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The staff are very attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is ideally located and has car parking, which sadly isn’t included for guests and has to be paid for separately.

    Set in a friendly neighborhood, Thomas greeted us at his very charming house with welcoming smile. The room and the views, everything was just perfect. Breakfast options were all delicious, even better than many hotels I have been to in Europe. Thomas has take so much care and time in curating this BnB. And to our surprise he is a Chocalatier amd Jewelry maker, making some impressive creations. All this made our stay even more unique and worthy of remembering. Thank you for this beautiful experience.
