We had a fantastic stay at Sana Hotel in Sarajevo. The location is perfect—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks goes to Mirlena, who stood out with her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Great location - in a quieter part of Sarajevo but still very walkable to the center and the museum cluster to the west. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice, but it was the staff that were the best part. They were so friendly and helpful - with taxis, restaurants, advice, etc. I would stay here again especially for the staff!
