Very well made hotel, with beautiful and expensive materials. The value for the money we paid is very high. Rooms were clean, nice bathrooms with very high quality accessories. The SPA is one of the best I’ve been to. When I come back to Bosnia, I will definitely visit you again. If you want a high quality massage, ask for Adessa (I hope I remember her name correctly). Everything was Top!

The staff was amazing, the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel! They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The restaurant was fantastic. I will definitely stay there when I come back! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo.
