This isn’t just service — this is heartfelt hospitality. The staff, from the cleaning lady to the manager, are all extraordinarily polite, respectful, and kind. I even had the chance to meet the owner — a wonderful, thoughtful man, clearly someone who has put not only investment into this place, but heart and soul. At night, you sleep in total silence, as if you're far from the hustle and bustle. Cleanliness is impeccable — daily housekeeping is done to the highest standard. The bed and mattress are large, new, and incredibly comfortable — after a long day of exploring Sarajevo, falling asleep here is a real treat.

The hotel is really a 5 stars hotel. The quality of the service, of the rooms and of it's ameties are really very high. The common areas are not very big, but everything is very new and nice. The location is perfect for tourists. As there weren't many reviews yet when we booked, I was a little reluctant (as the price is quite high) But we really enjoyed our stay and I am very glad that I chose it.
