The staff were all lovely and helpful, good banter with the bar staff :). The location and view from our room was great. Bed was comfy. We came to relax and unwind and we did just that.

A La Folly is beautifully situated on the Murray River and boasts cosy furnishings as well as a lovely garden. The whole interior shows that someone has invested time and effort to create a gem of an accommodation. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and arrival and departure are hassle-free.

Beautifully renovated rooms, great facilities. Bed was comfy, shower was spacious with great water pressure. Personalised "welcome" message displaying on the TV was a really nice touch that I've not come across in other motor inns. The rooms are nothing like you would expect from viewing the hotel from the street.

Easy access. Shared bathroom and showers were clean and well maintained. We were able to go in and out at unusual hours and not disturb anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful and dinner in the downstairs pub was delightful.
