Came for my daughters wedding so there was a lot of time spent with arrangements but all the guests adored. Still managed to fit in gin tastings and wineries because everything is so close. Exquisite town of stone buildings and gorgeous architecture. Absolutely picturesque ❤️ We went to the German arms hotel which had a very detailed menu and the food and drinks were amazing! The Mill had great food and pool tables and big screen tv to watch sport. The leather shop has some great items. So many gorgeous antique shops. A lovely little village.
A lovely little village. It's good to stay over to really enjoy the vibe - but beware - a lot of the shops don't open until 10:30 or 11am as they wait for the tour groups to arrive. DO visit the Cedars and take a tour of Hans Heysen's house - very interesting.Guest review bySheilaAustralia
