Forster is like many other NSW North Coast towns, recreation facilities abound as you are surrounded by Oceans & Lakes. Shopping is mainly centred at the Stockland Mall which is a short car ride away from the centre of town & Beach-side accommodation. There are plenty of Clubs & Pubs for entertainment & if you take yer Fishing Gear you'll be set like a jelly. We only stayed for a short time but managed to visit some beautiful beaches, ate some great meals and even went to the circus which happened to be in town. Regretfully the food options are pretty poor.
