Pip and team are great! It’s a wonderful Cottage I wish you can really forget about time and just enjoy the view and the sheep. The kids love paddling with the kayak, and go swimming in the river. A nice barbecue on the deck with a good glass of wine makes it unforgettable.

The tiny house was perfect everything you need in the kitchen, comfy bed and really good shower. The location was amazing in the forest surrounded by nature and wallabies just wandering around. The best thing about it were the hosts, Barry and Venessa - father and daughter team, they were so welcoming and we had some great chats with them and they brought scones and jam!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and really fun to talk to - would go back just to see them again - thanks so much

The room is new and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very close to Mount Field national Park, it is just 2 minutes' drive or 10 minutes' walk. Nice free morning coffee in Waterfall cafe before we kick off our jouney the next morning.

This is the closest you can stay to the national park - actual walking distance to the start of many of the hikes. The staff was helpful and kind. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even received a very tasty tea and hot chocolate corner.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL through Booking.com. On arrival the reception staff said that they had no record of my booking and that they DO NOT have a relationship with Booking.com. I was also one of many who had turned up with such a booking. This hotel is a workers' hotel and as such meets expectations - I marked it as exceptional because, although notionally 'full', the staff found me a room, which was very kind and helpful as Ouse is not close to other population centres and I would have been stuck for accommodation

Lovely place right by the river, Brad (and Charlie 🐶) was super friendly and welcoming host. Kayaks and paddle boards available for use on the river as well which was an unexpected bonus. Place was very clean and tidy. Had everything you need for a getaway. Perfect stopover for me on my way west. Only thing to note is the 5km on the gravel/dirt road and the driveway coming into the place is a bit bumpy/hard on little cars.
