The motel was easy to find. Reception was good and helpful.

Room was very clean, tidy and quite spacious for a family room.
Only thing was that you could hear the next room going to toilet and using water which was quite annoying.

What did I think of the breakfast? Didn't know it was an option? Which would have been good to know as not many options in Broadford for an early weekend breakfast.
Otherwise clean and comfortable. Appreciate the Biscuits and the toiletries.

Convenient location to stay overnight for an early appointment in Melbourne (lots of parking at Broadford station as an alternative to driving into the city).
