Michaela, the owner, is an amazing host! She's extremely attentive to all the small details and anticipates the needs of the guests in many situations. The breakfast is delicious, packed with high-quality nutrients and products, and the serving is impeccable! The guest house and rooms are super warm and clean, and the staff is taking care of the rooms on a daily basis, even for shorter term stays. Per overall, I saw someone kind and hardworking who runs their business like their own house, with great attention to details and creates a welcoming and cozy atmosphere! I highly recommend this stay!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — they really made me feel welcome. One of the highlights was the exceptional breakfast: full, varied, and absolutely delicious every morning. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and offered beautiful views that made waking up a pleasure. Overall, a perfect place to stay — I would happily return and highly recommend it to others!

The hotel is great, all the staff is making their best effort to keep your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The SPA area is amazing, especially the open swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Loved our stay, would love to visit this hotel again

    no good restaurants, in the town on the other side of river was outdoor pool, playgrounds for kids and sport center. good staring point if you want to ride bike in alps. good bus and train connection. Ramsau is between right in the middle between Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen. so good place to stay and sleep but you need to travel by car or bike to turistic places

    We stayed 2 families at Hotel Theresia. Very nice hotel, clean, nice wellness area, good food (5 courses every night). Located 3km outside Mayerhofen (so not in Mayerhofen but in separate are outside). Nothing really around the hotel but other houses/hotels. 10 min by car in to Mayerhofen. For skiiing it's 3 min by car to Horbergban (Mayrerhofen) or 10 min to Karspitzbahn (Zell) or 30 min to Hintertux. We stayed 5 nights and skied in all 3 ski areas. We can strongly recommend the hotel.

    not the traditional Austrian hotel , refreshing design and idea of creating a cosy nest , really worked . What is definitely standing out is the staff , friendly , professional , enthusiastic Finally the restaurants serves a modern cuisine with a mix of modern Austrian inspired dishes as well as Asian inspired dishes .

    Spacious and comfort apartment for family with kids and baby, awesome dinners and breakfasts with many options, super friendly and dedicated staffs. The restaurant is designed to have cozy and privacy atmospheres. Ski buses stop in front of the hotel or you can drive to nearby ski resorts in Mayrhofen in 5-10min.
