The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. We were welcomed by the owner of the hotel, who explained all the necessary things and we also learned about the possibilities, which we had no idea about when we booked the hotel. Everything was taken care of and everything we could think of (even outside the hotel services) could be arranged at the hotel reception. And as a bonus, the breakfast was famous.

It was bright and comfortable and clean - great value - lovely pool and hammam and various saunas. Well equipped kitchen and large lounge - frankly the best value high quality place I've stayed in for a long time - even the breakfast was good.

Our recent three-night stay at Alpenhaus Kaprun was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home, including our furry companion. It was a cozy retreat after our daily adventures, and our dog loved the space as much as we did. The hotel's decor throughout was a beautiful homage to the Alpine region, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. Every corner of the facility exuded warmth and elegance, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes.
