My parents and i choose this appartment for 9 days travelling in Austria. Before we arrived. We got email and both message from boojing apps with check in information and key box code and wifi code from the landlord. The appartment is unbelivable spacious, modern amd clean. There are 3 aircos in the appartment, that u dont have any problem when u sit whatever in living room, or others 2 sleeping rooms. The kitchen is so big and full of equitment. The landlord even prepared personal accessories like shampoo, shower gel, towel, washing liquid, trash bags etc...... the location is super convinient whatever with car or train to linz, salzburg, or wien. S bahn ( S5) Au durrweg is only 5 mins by walking. It takes us to linz main train station within 7 mins. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had pleasant experience for our first visiting. We highly recommend this appartment.

The room layout was different and we liked that. IT was tastefully designed and furnished. The sink in the bedroom was a cool idea. We were happy with the quietness of the place and the darkness of the room. The shower was great. I did wonder if it might be better if the door opened into the shower, rather than into the room. When you put the shower mat outside the shower and open the door, the mat is moved away. And it is a bit awkward to keep the floor dry. But that is not really a negative, just a suggestion.
