Very good facilities, staff were very helpful as my husband was in a local hospital and passed away during my stay. The staff went out of their way to be compassionate and helpful during this sad time.

The location of the pension is few minutes drive from the lake, it is about 20min walking distance. We enjoyed the stay in the pension, room was perfect for family 2 adults and 2 teens, Breakfast was excellent with fresh food, eggs, bred, etc. The owner was in the reception welcoming us and giving us all required information about Klagenfurt. We went twice to the lake swimming at the stadtbad, everything was clean and organized.
