They provide baby shampoo soap n shower gel even slippers for kids in the room,,,,cookies was delicious .....bed was comfortable baby cot was safe n clean...love the view from my balcony ..republic square was approax 20 min walking distance from the hotel but the best part was atleast hotel provided free transportation from hotel to republic square ..drinks they provided close to reception they kept for guest loved it .....and my 1 year 5 months old daughter loved the kids room she enjoyed alot in the kids room at the hotel very beautiful n spacious...all the staff were helpful from reception to the restaurant etc and the best part was the view of the hotel water fountain....my daughter love the swing ...it was so relaxing in the hotel love hearing birds chirping.....

I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner.

I got there at 2 pm and Arsen the owner just informed the room is ready and he arrived as well. The place is in a really central location on a side street. It is easy to find. The place was immaculately clean, very beautifully decorated, very stylish. The room had a good size, a table, a small fridge and place to hand things as well as shelves. The bathroom was big enough and the shower amazing. The amenities were like top notch; soft towels, slippers, tooth brush and paste, shower gel and shampoo. The whole place looked well done and very new. The bed was really comfy and the pillow perfect. The best part was the little tea/coffee area for self service w a microwave. It was quiet and I slept well. The price-quality was amazing.

Rooms were clean and modern. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, went above and beyond for us. Location was AMAZING. Literally bang in the centre of the city. A very well managed hotel.

Everything was perfect! The staff is very helpful, the owner had birthday and he invited us for a celebration party with his friends and family! Everything is perfectly clean and the breakfast was amazing!! BEST PLACE!
