Everything was excellent. Very friendly staff, very nice and lovely nature around the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Amazing place .very helpful staff .I have forgotten a belonging in the chalet and left to yerevan .the hotel found it and sent it to their yerevan branch then told me to go and collect That was exceptional and a very nice gesture
