Everything . From the facilities to the staff I would always chose Melià desert when ever I come to Dubai . Location: I chose melià desert although it was a bit far from the conference I came to visit because I wanted peace and quiet and also I wanted a fun place for my husband and son who came with me. I thought it’ll be long trip everyday to convention center but because of its excellent location there was no traffic neither going or coming back so it really made it the perfect location. Reception : Everyone in the reception were nice and kind and were really friendly with my son and gave him the cutest drawing book that even I learned from it about polo sport which was nice. I must give special thanks to Mr Yusuf whose hospitality was superb. Epicure : ( breakfast place ) Kamila and prya were ready for us every morning to get us the most delicious breakfast and always had surprises for my son to be entertained. Spa: Amazing facilities and amazing staff had a really good facial with them , wanted to do more more services but wasn’t able to due to my conference. Housekeeping: Saved the best for last . I have a toddler so the room would get messy everyday but every time I came back to the room I would find it exceptionally clean and tidy good as new . I must give special thanks to Nymin , Tharmshi , April . They knew my son loves animales so they made an elephant with towels which my son really loved. I think this is the first time I write a detailed review but I highly recommend everyone to visit this amazing amazing place whether you are a couple or family . You will find this place exceptional and the facility has it all to serve you .

I like how the front reception staff have remained friendly, courteous and continue to be professional. I am impressed at the efficiency of requests being fulfilled. I like the room service And all the staff from housekeeping to the lifeguard at the pool.

I truly appreciated how helpful the staff was, even though the hotel was understaffed. I did encounter an issue, but the manager promptly and professionally resolved it. The new manager is incredibly dedicated, always present, overseeing operations, and paying attention to every detail. I want to sincerely thank him for his hard work and commitment.

The apartment was an extremely beautiful, renovated in so luxurious way that we have ever been, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping malls like Etihad Mall, Mirdriff Mall and in their lots of restaurants. It offered amenities that most Airbnb apartments did not."
