Everything about our stay at Lapita was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly well-trained—it really feels like they’ve all received top-notch training in customer service and hospitality. Everyone we met was güler yüzlü (always smiling) and kind, making us feel right at home. The resort itself is spotless and well-maintained. The value for money is 100% worth it—not only do you get luxury and comfort, but each night includes free tickets to Dubai Parks and Resorts theme parks, which is an amazing bonus for families and adventure seekers. A special thanks to Samreen, who was so sweet and consistently welcoming. Her smile and attitude truly brightened our stay. Also, a heartfelt shoutout to the lovely lady with glasses at the lobby café—I didn’t catch her name, but she was always smiling and incredibly kind every time we stopped by. Well done, Lapita! We were going to fly early next morning and this hotel was near the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport, perfect for us. The staff at the hotel were supernice! Two good restaurants, swimmingpool and gym. Modern, stylish and very clean rooms with good beds. Will absolutely stay here again either coming in or out from the airport. It is 40 minutes to drive to the centre of Dubai. Be aware that there are two airports in Dubai, the other one closer to the city.
