What a gem! I really liked this hotel, it’s on the most beautiful and alive street in JBR, inline with all the luxurious hotels. The hotel is modern, designed in a youthful vibe. Everything is clean, well-equipped and people here are so friendly, but professional (shoutout to Chetan). The room is clean, with everything you need. I slept like a baby. Although my room was on the ground floor, it didn’t bother me ( I do recommend having the room with a terrace, it has a more private vibe and another plus is that you can open the window, something you can’t do on the standard room). The other benefit of this hotel is the access to Cove beach club. Honestly, it was a big plus! Towels and sun beds provided, you just need to sit and relax. Overall, it was excelent!

New and very well finished. More demure than the typical Address sister properties. But equally comfortable and classy. Quiet but hot spots easily reachable by Uber. Close to D3 design destrict. 11 mins from airport. Staff were wonderful. From the bell hops to the front desk via the barmen to the concierge. Miriam on front desk in particular was 5** plus. Went further than most to please. Anthony in breakfast buffet too. Room really comfortable. Seems to be spruced and cleaned as soon as I left.

Dubai disappointed us.

Dubai disappointed us. The reality is different than on social media. The air is really dirty. There are a lot of traffic jams on the roads. There are hidden speed cameras everywhere, even if you drive according to the rules, you will still get caught and you will pay a lot of fines. There is no interesting nature, for example parks. Prices are high. The people are nice, the weather and the sea are warm. Its good. But we were disappointed.

Dubai for me is like Singapore.

Dubai for me is like Singapore. Immaculately clean, great roads, hotels and shopping malls but lacking authenticity. I did not visit the beaches; the reviews I read led me away from doing so. The beaches in Australia are generally pristine and not man made so there was little attraction for the artificial. I guess that word sums up Dubai for me, artificial. I would never choose to visit or stopover if I could avoid it.

Good if you like to relax and enjoy the comfort, sun, good food, excellent service, cleanliness, safety etc but for us there was not a lot to do; no history, no walks and any visits had to be by car on very scary roads. It’s very modern, full of skyscrapers, lots of building work, traffic a nightmare at times, a bit expensive.

Spent 7 days in Dubai with the family.

Spent 7 days in Dubai with the family. Loved the city and its vibe. Nicely multicultural and very welcoming. Lots of things to do and places to see. From the glitzy, modern Marina and Palm to the older, quieter district of Al Fahidi. Of course there's the Burj Khalifa and the many malls that dot the place. There's also a lot happening in the arts and culture scene around Alserkal Street. I also loved the Jumeirah Mosque followed by a great traditional lunch at Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant in Bur Dubai. The best bit was travelling around the city using the Dubai Metro. Super easy and super cheap. Needless to say, we couldn't do everything we wanted to do in 7 days, so we'll go back again in the future (hopefully).

It's fine just beware of scams in Dubai.

It's fine just beware of scams in Dubai. There are way too many scams especially beware of Indian scammers. Never show your wallet to anybody or you will surely get scammed. Police and authorities are not going to help you either.

My stay was for business. I often come to Dubai, and I must say this hotel is by far the best. The rooms are wonderful: clean, spacious, and soundproofed. The service is excellent, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and very generous. Even though my trip was work-related, I managed to spend a couple of hours walking on the beach, and again, the service was impeccable. Comfortable beach beds, great organization, and cleanliness. I couldn't find anything to complain about!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the staff were amazing and made us feel special from the first to last minute! The lake view from our room was spectacular and the location of the hotel is also perfect! We were within a few minutes walk of the metro station (definitely the best way to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa because you miss the crazy traffic) and Dubai Marina (awesome waterfront cafes and restaurants). Loved our stay there and will definitely be back soon!!

This hotel is everything! Top location - next to metro, the beach is close and hotel is exactly at Dubai marina promenade. Very esthetic interior, beautiful rooftop infinity pool, very clean, excellent food and stuff is very professional. Definitely coming back. Stayed at Rove Dubai Downtown for a work trip and loved it. The location is perfect, close to Dubai Mall and right in the Marina. The swimming pool with a view on Burj is a highlight, and the rooms are super comfy. Lots of great coworking and chill spaces throughout the hotel. Plus, the staff were friendly and on point – would definitely stay again!
