The room is spacious and quiet with a great view. Good breakfast and the hotel’s staff were very nice and helpful

The owner is a happy soul very enthusiastic about eco systems and wildlife and will be more than happy to spot wild life for you and take you to a 1 km round tour in the rain forest. A unique place.

Stunning property , emersed nature. We loved everything about it. Beautiful buildings and lovely creek flowing past. Sadly the pool wasn’t full as they had had some big rain. The owners were very apologetic though. We will visit again so we get to swim in the pool.

My partner and I stayed 4 nights in the double story tree house, and our stay with Neranga and his family was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. Impeccable hospitality unlike anything we have ever experienced. The breakfast each morning is incredible with each dish explained in detail, often sourced from their own garden. Neranga was also fantastic at answering any and all questions we had about it the south coast, where to visit, how to get around etc. There is plenty of wildlife on their property, including a variety of birds and monkeys. The tree house itself is very well built and well equipped with everything you need. It was nice being tucked away in a more rural setting as it is not difficult to arrange transport through PickMe, Uber, or TukTuks. We highly recommend Tree House-Midigama. We could. It have asked for better hosts and it made out stint along the South Coast that much more enjoyable. Neranga and his family do a remarkable job as hosts 🙌🏼

L’établissement Sunshine Forest Lodge - Sinharaja se trouve à Deniyaya et propose un jardin. La vue est époustouflante, le balcon fait face aux champs de thé. Un grand arbre juste devant permet d’observer les oiseaux de toutes les couleurs. La famille est super chaleureuse et la nourriture est très bonne et copieuse ! Le lit est très confortable et la moustiquaire est en bon état. Ils ont organisé nos tours dans la forêt super pratique !

Possédant une terrasse bien exposée et un service d'étage, l’hébergement Charming dark lodge in river bénéficie d’un emplacement attractif à Weligama, à respectivement 2,7 km et 31 km de ces lieux... This was the best stay in our whole trip (3months). Everything is just perfect. The family is so nice and helpful with everything. Location is next to the river and it is very quiet. The room is so big and just perfect with small kittchen. You can find many beautiful details and it is very cozy. They surprised us few times with some sweets and one morning they served us their breakfast. We love their dog 🐕
