Really appreciated the shuttle bus service into the Blues festival and back. Excellent band on Saturday evening ( although a little too loud for my liking) Staff member Jess was lovely and very helpful and efficient with her breakfast service in the Bistro

Really clean and tidy compact cabin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Completely satisfied. The facilities for kids looked great but I'm not a kid so did not participate :)

Cabins were spacious & clean, great location & value for money. Loved the coffee van & Lots for the kids to do. Can not wait to come back in summer.

The cabin itself was amazing but cleanliness lacked. Kids bedding was stained, especially mattress protectors and the pillow cases x 2 had sticky blue lolly residue on them. They didn't appear to have been changed. There were water/ blood marks on the back of the toilet door. Kitchen is well equipped but needs a chopping board. Amazing views and park facilities seemed great. It was freezing so didn't get to use them all but would like to return in Summer.

Beautiful modern cabins. Helpful staff. Unfortunately the poor hotel was effected by the floods in October so the waterpark was shut. Such a great stay regardless.
