Very beautiful accommodation with a kind and helpful owner. The equipment of the house is great, nothing is missing. It is a great place close to the center and at the same time in a quiet area. The owner is very willing and will solve any request. She helped even in an unpleasant situation and immediately solved our problem. Thank you very much for a great stay

We stayed in the “Loft/Penthouse” apartment at the end of October. The apartment is very large, very clean and has the most fantastic views of the Kitsteinhorn glacier. Whether you are visiting Kaprun in the summer or the winter, this is a perfect place to base yourself if you are a group of friends or a large family. The open kitchen plan makes cooking a pleasure and the washer/dryer make longer stays easy to pack for. There are a range of lovely restaurants within walking distance and even some good apres ski places! The apartment management/owners are helpful, professional and understanding. We had a wonderful stay and wish it could have been longer! We will definitely be back! One small suggestion for improvement would be to buy a microwave—useful for heating up milk for coffee in the mornings or re-warming leftovers (less vacation cooking for mom😀)! I recommend this vacation rental without hesitation! Please note, there is no elevator but it is a short 2 story walk up to the apartment.
