The campground has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. We had a very nice stay at wild Wadi Wilpattu, Manori helped us to book transport for a good price, she organize a safari in wilpattu, even though the guide wasn't very informative, we had a nice day in the park, and saw a lot of birds and animals. We had a evening boat trip in the lagoon, saw 2 old baobab trees, but only few birds, but a nice sundown. Manori drove us to our next destination, we had nuts, curd and juice from king coconut on the way, and she was very nice and informative, the price for the tour was very fair.

Highly recommended if you want take a breake and forget about world for 1/2 nights. Ten was clean and cosy. We ate a delicious dinner in the middle of the forrest at night. Safari was very nice and what it the most important - not as commercial as others. The servise was very good! :)
