Set just 2.6 km from Canberra Railway Station, Canberra Holiday Village offers accommodation in Canberra with access to a bar, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Manuka Oval is 3.5 km away and Old Parliament House is 5.5 km from the campground. Great price for location, loved the pub on site, staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed 3 nights with 4 people, sharing two cabins, spending about $980 all up. A price that couldn't be matched anywhere else for the dates we were looking for. Also appreciated cooking facilities in our cabins, it allowed us to spend less money on eating out or takeaway.

Parking to get keys was a nightmare - they say 550m away but I assure you that is not the case - got into the basement, got up to ground level and could not get up to our villa (there were 3 other guests in same boat). Took us a few elevator swipes in all 3 elevator's before the thing worked and then we got up to our floor. Place very clean and comfortable. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Instructions into car park and how to find unit was amazing.

This was our third time staying at the Burbury Hotel. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2bed apartment. Very clean, stunning views, comfortable beds; we will back again.
