Campsites in Kalkan

Medusa is a little piece of haven. We met the owner’s friend, and we are really grateful for the way he welcomed us. He created a really homely, friendly and peaceful environment which we were sad to leave. In terms of comfort, we slept in a small bungalow so it can get chilly at night (we were there in January) but nothing too bad especially with extra blankets. In terms of facilities, clean and shared bathroom. The large open kitchen is also available to use for the guests. The location is great, at the heart of the small Patara village, walking distance from the sand dunes, the beach and the ancient city. We will definitely visit again if we come back to Turkey. The breakfast was next level, the people who work there are very friendly. The Pizzaria is one of the best I have ever eaten.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the tent was clean and setup very well so I wasnt really bothered by the scorching heat, overall very positive and pleasant experience! 👍🏻
