Activities at Woodbury Tented Camp include game and bird viewing in the Amakhala Game Reserve. 2 game drives per night are also included within the rates. We absolutely loved everything about this camp. Perfectly located, great pool, we felt like being on Safari at a friends house. Rob (the ranger) did an amazing job with two amazing game drives, we saw a lot of animals and had great fun. Even the shower in the tent was fantastic.

We loved every aspect of this experience. The staff were all incredible; we were so impressed by the guide's knowledge, enthusiasm & respect for the animals and nature. They made the game drives so enjoyable (even when raining). The reserve is a great size & we had such memorable sightings & animal encounters (elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalo, tortoises, hippos, giraffes, jackal to name a few). We loved the intimate feel of Quatermains, with just 6 guests & everyone eating breakfast and dinner together - which were both delicious. Our personal hot tub heated by a wooden stove was the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much to Liam, Johan, Nick, Julie & Riaan for a once in a lifetime experience.
